VISITWallonia partnered with Biggie on the 2024 summer campaign, using Connected TV (CTV) advertising to position Wallonia as a top destination in Europe.

The primary goal of this campaign was to strengthen Wallonia’s brand identity and inspire young adults and families across Europe to consider the region as their next holiday destination. By leveraging advanced CTV platforms and a branding-focused strategy, Wallonia was positioned as an ideal destination for those seeking nature, culture, and adventure.

Biggie implemented a data-driven CTV campaign tailored to the unique characteristics of various European markets, including Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg, and the United Kingdom. Popular platforms such as YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and RTL+ were strategically deployed to effectively reach the audience across multiple devices.

In collaboration with creative agency BeComing, Biggie implemented a data-driven CTV campaign with audience segmentation based on location, viewing behavior, and lifestyle.

Key market approaches:

Germany: RTL+ and Amazon Prime were used to target active families in border regions.
United Kingdom: Thanks to Netflix, we reached a broad audience with a focus on immersive storytelling.
Belgium and the Netherlands: YouTube performed exceptionally well, demonstrating strong engagement.
France and Luxembourg: Local adaptations enhanced brand perception and ensured consistent branding messaging.
